2026 Dancing the Wild Home: Tonga Plus New Dominica Retreat

Dancing the Wild Home: Rewilding our Grief

August 12 – 20, 2026  SOLD OUT!

Dancing the Wild Home: Dreaming our Origin Stories

August 25 – September 3, 2026

These retreats are invitations to return to our wild nature, to rejoin the rhythms of breath, body, ocean, and life. Immersed in the blues and greens of Tonga, we are witnessed by, and witness, the Humpback Whales—the Ocean’s great Wisdom Keepers—as they gather in their birthing waters. Each day, we enter sacred ground.

These intimate, life-changing retreats explore our profound connection with the ocean and its diverse inhabitants. Our small group (8 participants) spends time both on land and in the sea. Mornings often include gentle, restorative movement practices that prepare us for afternoons spent swimming with whales and other ocean beings, such as manta rays, dolphins, and turtles.

“The encounters were amazing beyond words… a beautiful, sacred experience I’ll never forget!”
Shannon B.

“Deep, profound, and life-altering… could not have been better, more sensitive, or authentic.”
Nina S.

We stay at Serenty Beach Resort, a remote, rustic, eco-retreat on the island of Uoleva in the South Pacific jungle. Accommodations are intentionally simple and locally built—solar-powered, open-air, and immersed in nature. With limited connectivity and basic comforts like warm solar showers, this is a chance to unplug, slow down, and live close to the land and sea.

Whales invite us to remember flow, compassion, and connection. Through movement, Continuum practice, breath, and sound, we listen to the body, to the ocean, and to what it means to be home in the wild world.

Registration for both weeks of Dancing the Wild Home retreats are open!

“I was deeply impacted by the continuum work… I can see and feel the benefits.”
Zeenia J.

“One of my happiest and most insightful vacations ever.”
Adina A.

ANNOUNCING:  NEW RETREAT LOCATION

Dancing the Wild Home: Dominica

November 28 – December 5, 2026

Set on the lush island of Dominica, where rainforest meets the Atlantic Sea, this all-inclusive retreat hosted at the eco-luxury sanctuary of Jungle Bay, weaves deep somatic inquiry with the wild intelligence of land and ocean. Each day is gently structured around daily movement and Continuum practice, with generous space for rest, reflection, and integration, allowing the body and nervous system to soften, reorganize, and listen more deeply. While the island’s waterfalls, hot springs, gardens, and trails invite exploration, the retreat remains anchored in embodied healing rather than activity alone.

Through respectful, carefully coordinated experiences with Dive Dominica, participants will enter the ocean to swim alongside whales and other marine life, guided by local experts and held within a clear ethical and safety framework. These encounters are woven into the rhythm of the retreat and supported before and after through somatic processing, movement, and collective reflection.
