Continuum Santa Fe is the home of Amber’s Continuum practice and play.
Continuum Santa Fe integrates breath, sound, movement and dance into a healing movement and life practice, based on the work originated by Emilie Conrad. Emilie mentored Continuum Australia’s founder, Amber E Gray, who become an authorized Continuum teacher in 2006. Amber’s ongoing and evolving inquiry into Continuum is ever emergent. With Continuum as the root, she has innovated Polyvagal-informed Continuum, Yogaballah, and Continuurhythm®. She offers private sessions in Santa Fe and Albuqueurque, monthly “dives” and playshops.
