In Person at the School of Liminal Arts
906 St. Francis, unit B, Santa Fe, NM
Description:
Our spine is a pathway that spans our ancestral and evolutionary origins to our future potential. As axis mundi, we connect heaven and earth. As Poto Mitan, we encounter our universal center. Our spine is our core support, fluid strength and gravity dancer.
Continuum is a moving practice, inspired by the undulations of Haitian Dance, that enables us to move beyond the patterns and constraints of our “everyday body”. Through a rich variety of breath, sound and subtle movement explorations we will experience our capacity for free-flowing movement. Engaging in new ways with gravity, we invoke adaptability and core strength.
Cost:
- $79.00 UDS Early Bird through 9/10/2025
- $109.00 USD Full Price

Bio:
Amber Elizabeth Gray moves from a diverse landscape of experience. Yoga, sacred dance, dance/movement therapy, bodywork, and Continuum are all somatic languages she listens to and creates from. She has worked with survivors of extreme interpersonal violence since 1999 and these are her teachers of movement as liberation. As an educator, clinician, mentor and changemaker, she incites resilient embodied revolution so that we can liberate ourselves from our own constraints.
