I understand and agree that in participating in any Restorative Resources movement class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, whether my participation is in person or virtually, there is a possibility of physical injury and/or medical illness. In addition, the program may bring up emotions and discuss topics that are personal. I understand that I am encouraged to participate only to the extent that I feel physically and emotionally comfortable. I agree to release and hold harmless Restorative Resources, including its teachers, artists, staff members, and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold Restorative Resources liable for any personal injury or any damage, which may occur while participating in a program.
In addition, I understand that it is my responsibility to make the class/workshop leader(s) aware of any medical condition or physical limitations before participation.
