Re-enchantment and Purpose Workshop

January 28, 2027 @ 6:00 pm - January 31, 2027 @ 4:00 pm

An embodied inquiry in a time of unravelling.

Thursday 28th January 6pm to Sunday 31st January 4pm

Four Mile Creek, East Coast Tasmania

This workshop invites us into an embodied exploration of the question: What is ours to do? Rather than seeking answers through analysis alone, we turn toward the living intelligence of the body, embedded within land and ocean.  Continuum teaches us that wisdom does not live in abstraction, but in breath, sound, and subtle movement—within the tides and textures of our own being. Through deep listening we reconnect with what has always been here, our belonging in the web of life. We hear our voice beneath the noise.

This workshop offers:

●        Somatic practices rooted in Continuum to access embodied knowing

●        Ritual and reflection inspired by The Work That Reconnects

●        Space to mourn, move and metabolise collective and personal grief

●        A lived experience of interconnectedness with the wider web of life

●        An embodied inquiry into what is truly ours to do in this time of unravelling

This is an invitation to slow down, to listen beneath words, and remember that even in times of breakdown, life is always practicing how to begin again.

Co-facilitators

Amber Elizabeth Gray moves from a diverse landscape of experience. Yoga, sacred dance, dance/movement therapy, bodywork, and Continuum are all somatic languages she listens to and creates from. She has worked with survivors of extreme interpersonal violence since 1999 and these are her teachers of movement as liberation. As an educator, clinician, mentor and changemaker, she incites resilient embodied revolution so that we can liberate ourselves from our own constraints. She is the author of the recently published book Polyvagal-informed Restorative Movement Psychotherapy: Roots. Rhythm. Reciprocity.

Shar Molloy first trained with Joanna Macy and John Seed in 2001 and has applied the wisdom of Deep Ecology and the Work that Reconnects in her roles as an environmental campaigner. Shar is also a trained facilitator and coach of Nonviolent Communication and an Associate of Nonviolent Global Liberation (NGL). Her purpose is to support others to experience themselves as part of the web of life and play a part in the Great Turning.
