Set on the lush island of Dominica, where rainforest meets the Atlantic Sea, this all-inclusive retreat hosted at the eco-luxury sanctuary of Jungle Bay, weaves deep somatic inquiry with the wild intelligence of land and ocean. Each day is gently structured around daily movement and Continuum practice, with generous space for rest, reflection, and integration, allowing the body and nervous system to soften, reorganize, and listen more deeply. While the island’s waterfalls, hot springs, gardens, and trails invite exploration, the retreat remains anchored in embodied healing rather than activity alone.

While our Tonga retreats embrace the simplicity of an off-grid island, Dominica offers a different expression of the wild—an eco-luxury sanctuary nestled within the world's only resident sperm whale sanctuary.

Schedule & Flow

Morning: Daily movement & Continuum practice with Amber to prepare the somatic body
Mid-Day: In-water encounters. Swimming with whales and sea life, guided by local experts and supported by Amber’s trauma-informed framework.
Late Afternoon: Exploration & Rest. Soaking in hot springs, hiking to waterfalls, or resting in the gardens.
Evening: Collective reflection, "Heart Lines" circle, and dinner.

Your Instructor

Dr. Amber Elizabeth L. Gray is a Dance/Movement Therapist, Somatic and Human Rights Psychotherapist, and long-time yoga and Continuum teacher. Her work traverses many interconnected heartlines: somatic and movement arts, international humanitarian work, sacred dance, planetary and human rights activism, and nature-based healing and wild wisdom.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Deposits are fully refundable* if the retreat does not move forward due to permit approval or if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Once permits are confirmed and minimum enrollment is reached, *deposits will become non-refundable and applied toward the total retreat cost. We will contact you via the email you list on this registration form.  

This approach allows us to responsibly secure permits and local partnerships while offering participants clarity and protection.
