SUMMARY:Inner Sacrum: Exploring The Root of Freedom with Continuum
DESCRIPTION:Level 3 Rialto South Tower\n525 Collins St – Melbourne \nA trembling in the bones may carry a more convincing testimony than the dry documented deductions of the brain – Llewellyn Powers \nThe sacrum\, described in Hindu as the “Seat of the Soul”\, is a keystone structure in our human bodies. From its anatomical function to its place as sacred triangular and heart shaped seat of creativity\, divinity and intelligence\, the sacrum is initiator and recipient of wave motion; root and support; tail\, portal\, inner sanctum\, and a source of fluid movement and pleasure. This day long Continuum immersion combines breath\, sound and movement to inspire moving through and from the sacrum as a continuum of core strength and serpentine flow. \nCOST: $225 early bird paid in full by 10/4; $ 250.00 after. $450.00 for both workshops. \nInfo & Registration: Contact Zac Jones: 0410660508\, zacjones77@yahoo.com.au

SUMMARY:Psoas Above\, Psoas Below: Embodying Ground and Sky
DESCRIPTION:Level 3 Rialto South Tower\n525 Collins St. – Melbourne \nThe psoas is a deep core muscle\, connecting legs to spine\, and often referred to as the muscle of the soul by ancients and mystics. It stabilizes\, and affects mobility\, flexibility\, balance and more. \nThe psoas spirals\, fans and webs as it connects our core to our ground. This class explores the psoas as a muscle-moving -continuum from core strength to spiraling dancer that may increase our capacity for moving diversity. Moving from the emergent evolutionary “edges” of the psoas\, we play with it as a promoter of flexibility\, freedom and fluidity. That the psoas is important to physical and emotional health is well known; this class will also explore moving relationships between the psoas\, heart and head using simple sound streams\, movement sequences and breath. \nWHERE: Level 3 Rialto South Tower 525 Collins St\, Melbourne $225 early bird paid in full by 10/4; $250 afterwards.\n$450 for both workshops \nFor more information and registration:\nContact Zac Jones\n0410660508\nzacjones77@yahoo.com.au \nAmber Gray\namber@ecentral.com \nVIEW PDF FLYER
