It reclaims the movement we naturally are through a collective\, sound-inspired songscape that invites flow and ease in our bodies. Continuum acknowledges our connection to the primordial and cosmic origins of life\, and as we move beneath our body’s constraints and patterns\, we explore our individual and collective history as a trilogy of embodied memory. \nWhat is the Trilogy? It is our primal roots in the wild world\, the vast expanse of the galaxy and stars\, and the human movement that connects us all. In Continuum\, we are connected through movement\, co-creating a field of embodied inquiry that amplifies and unifies the potential for healing\, connection\, and liberation \nContinuum teacher Amber Gray’s work traverses many interconnected heartlines: Somatic and movement arts and therapies\, international humanitarian work\, sacred dance\, planetary and human rights activism\, nature-based healing and wild wisdom.
